İzoplan PVC Roof

It is a hot-weather welded, soft pvc waterproof membrane with polyester reinforcement that is resistant to atmospheric conditions and sun rays. It is used in waterproofing of light metal roofs, concrete roofs, garden terrrace roofs, domed roofs or concrete or steel roofs with different forms.

İzocam İzoplan PVC Roof is applied to levelled surfaces. Membranes are rolled out perpendicularly. They are superimposed over each other 7 cm – 10 cm, and centred with a hot air welding machine. Overlapped pieces of the membranes are wiped with a clean fabric and controlled in order to make sure the surface is clean and dry. Welding process should not be performed if the temperature is lower than 5 °C or if the weather is rainy. Rolled out and centred PVC membranes are attached by means of mechanical fixing at 7-10 cm. off of the overlapped pieces. Mechanical fastening is applied at the 7-10 cm. off of the overlapped pieces that was centred. Joints are connected by hot air welding robots. All the welding procedures should be in the opposite direction of rain water. Application surface is controlled by eye than the application process is completed. Inner and outer corner accessories should be used for details with triple connections. Bitumen, oil and solvents may cause a harm for the PVC membrane. The membrane should not be in contact with thermal insulation materials made of bituminous and hard polstyrene foams. If it is required separation layer between them should be used.
